If I am understanding you correctly the power supply that is currently running my machine will also power my machine when I connect it to 12 volts.

Looking on the back of my power supply I do see some info regarding 24 volts?

So the only thing I need is the proper cord?

I do not think you have the same CPAP.. If the OP's CPAP runs on 24v, which the owners manual I looked up says it does, It won't run, or won't run properly, at 12v.
Patriot Dave, Look at the power supply you have now, it should say input and output voltage. Whatever the output voltage is, (and I am pretty sure it is 24v), that's the voltage your CPAP uses.
