I do not think you have the same CPAP.. If the OP's CPAP runs on 24v, which the owners manual I looked up says it does, It won't run, or won't run properly, at 12v. Patriot Dave, Look at the power supply you have now, it should say input and output voltage. Whatever the output voltage is, (and I am pretty sure it is 24v), that's the voltage your CPAP uses.
