Dicor is for large areas. It is the grey stuff on the roof around the TV antenna, vents, fan, etc. I was told do not use silicone anywhere on the RV. My dealer told me it is hard to match the grey and blue color sealant so to protect it cover it with a clear coat of Proflex RV by Geocell. We just did it and it covers it nicely once you know how to use a caulk gun and make a straight bead. But I do not know what you would do if you removed the sealant to replace speakers. Maybe the Proflex would still be fine as a clear sealant used alone. It certainly will be more than acceptable to seal just do not know how the clear will look.
