I take you are talking about running on a 110 VAC outlet to your Pod. Yes with proper adapter you can attach the extension to your POD power outlet, I used to do this to charge battery before I added a 30 amp service to my building. You can't run AC or microwave. I would use the 14 gauge cord, or buy a good outdoor heavy duty extension. From 110 you're limited to amps on line. If you get wet weather, I suggest you disconnect and wait. Happy Trails.
