If you're asking me, yes. But I wouldn't want to tow it far, and I feel like you need to go at slower than walking pace. And here's another thing: where I am now I brought my tote and I used it today out of an abundance of caution. The campground I'm staying at doesn't have a dump station so I have to go about 10 miles up the road to dump. No way I'm towing my tote full of crap down the highway! But I have a solution for that. I loaded it on to my front-bumper mounted cargo carrier. Thirty gallons of crap is a lot to lift onto a cargo carrier, but I did it. Just about any kind of camping has a lot to do with making compromises.
All in all, I think sewage totes are made more for the folks who stay in one spot all summer.
Everyone is different, and to each his own, but if you're filling up your gray tank in 2.5 days you might want to look into serious water conservation practices -- or, and a whole lot of people go this route -- stay somewhere with full hookups. I do that sometimes, mostly when I have no other choice, and it's a really nice luxury.
