I would not do so. The wall certainly is not strong enough. The hollow, aluminum stud is also not strong enough to take the stress of mounting a hammock. You would, ideally, need a large backing plate to spread the stress and a bolt through. Since that would look rather ugly on the outside of your 'Pod and since it would make a point of potential leakage, I would not risk it.
